For this project I found a picture of a monkey, then drew it, before I printed it. I used a cutting tool to cut out a rubber square to make it look like the picture. I cut out spaces for the hair and the leaves. All the stuff that is white are the spaces I cut out. I think it looks very good.

  1. Your print had amazing texture and background. One thing though is that the lines were very stong and a little overpowering. All in all it was a really good print.

  2. I like how you used small lines and big lines and that the texture in the monkey is different from the texture in the leaves in the background.

  3. I thought your print was successful overall. It was neat, and I liked that you filled up the entire space. I also liked the way you used vertical, horizontal, thin, and thick lines to create texture. However, the print may have been more successful if the lines in the background were thinner so that the background is not competing with the monkey.

  5. I think you did a great job on your print. There could have been more contrast and smaller lines, but overall good job. You can tell what the animal is, so thats good. Great Job.
